Worked independently in Dallas to serve as a leader in the TX, LA, MS, TN, OK and AR markets assisting managers and employees to achieve company goals and people strategies. Partner with management and supervisors to identify HR needs, organizational structure, attrition, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills, as well as succession planning. REGIONAL ASSOCIATE SERVICES MANAGER 2003 - 2010

Handle all aspects of Human Resources in a warehouse/sales environment for over 600 employees in 60 branches in TX, LA, NM, OK, KS, MO, CO and AR.
