CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY - CSS is the tool to maintain Dealer-Distributor-Regional Manager-Sales Admin associations. The system mainly used to categories the dealers based on their sales and services. The input for the survey is given to a third party called “DRC” to calculate the points. Based on the points they secure, they will be awarded “Certified Dealer” through they can get many offers. The application includes 7 batch applications to share details with the third party, billing process, etc.
