Employee Relations
• Consults with managers on employee relations issues, including allegations of wrongdoing, performance management issues, and disciplinary decisions. Interfaces with managers and employees.
• Coordinates to management regarding new policy of the company and other concerns
Timekeeping
• Oversee time-keeping process from time card preparation until generation of attendance summary report for payroll computation
• Prepares for payroll adjustment and employees who have punctuality award

Compensation and Benefits
• Reporting of new employees to SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig and Philhealth
• Systematize compensation and benefits administration, both company benefits and government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-ibig & Philhealth)
• Coordinates with SSS, Pag-ibig & Philhealth regarding new policy and other concerns m such as loans
HR Administration

• Supervises housekeeping and maintenance personnel
