Facilitated the successful outsourcing by a rural bank of low-cost rediscounting and refinancing funds for the expansion of its agri-loans portfolio without compromising deposit-based funds and owners’ equity;
A pioneering trainor of the USAID-COMPETE’s BDS project;
Led the formulation of the cooperative accreditation criteria of LandBank (a scoring instrument), and co-authored information, education and communication materials on capacity-building for cooperatives;
Cascader-trainer of vision, mission, goals of LandBank;
Was the first manager of the LandBank-Dipolog Lending Center (LC) to lead subject LC towards becoming the first LC of the Bank in Mindanao to pass the bank’s rigid credit review;
Led the Development Assistance Center – 10 (DAC-10) of LandBank towards becoming the first DAC that passed two successive rated operations audit. DAC is the field unit of LandBank that is responsible for the delivery of institution-building and enterprise-development products and services of the bank to farmers’ cooperatives. This involved conduct of trainings and developing business partnership models such as linkaging farmers to donors, LGUs, other agencies and organizations;
Negotiated, conceptualized, and developed a corn integrator and farmers partnership program for mechanized corn production;
Developed and negotiated a program for the outsourcing of services for the capacity-building of farmers cooperatives;
Pioneered the Area Lending Center(ALC) set-up of LandBank;
A principal contributor to the formulation of the logical framework of the Agrarian Lending Program of LandBank for which was awarded a presidential certificate of recognition and gift;
Delivery of microloans and organizing of urban tricycle operators’ self-help group in Caloocan City and a small boat operators group in Boracay island;
Promoted to head the credit investigation department of the defunct International Corporate Bank (InterBank), after only 1 years of employment.
