QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess skill set to read, interpret blueprints and perform the required mathematical calculations.

• Perform Tool and Job Set up, computing the Speeds and Feeds, edit programs using G&M code, Macros on CNC and operate CNC machine tools including Haas, L16, L20, and K12, Tsugami (BW7 &12) Swiss machines.

• Maintain precision machining tolerances meeting the quality standards.

• Specialized knowledge and experience in using the Fanuc controls.

• Conduct in-process inspection using measuring tools such as micrometers, height gauges, gauge blocks, comparator, toolmakers, scope, hardness tester and other related equipment and document inspection and production data.
