EXPERIENCE
Engineering Design Intern, Molex Savage, MN June 2015 – November 2015
Using Altium to design PCB boards by creating specific components and libraries to support the design
Test prototypes
Testing & troubleshooting LED lights
Troubleshooting Errors
Assembly by using Madell to pick and place components on to the boards and accurately place components at a degree then connecting to the traces on the PCB board.
Circuit Design and looking at schematics
Using a laser to cut out materials and products for testing
Printed Electronics using (X,Y,Theta) by lining the layers of the board and to be accurate as possible
Innovative Solutions by bringing products to market quickly, and reduce research and development risk with Soligie's printed electronics expertise
Using microscope to see shorts/opens on each individual layer
Fixing shorts under the microscope
Documenting on Word/Excel, converting files to show the parts/components clearly, and to make the documents more organized like into a Bills of Materials format
Using Adobe Illustrator to design engineering projects
Engineering Intern, Preferred Controls Albany, MN June 2014 – May 2015
Innovative thinking when building control panels
Using problem solving and communication skills when testing control panels with co-workers
Listening and presenting knowledge to analyze prototypes
Focusing and organizing the design drawings by using CAD software
Working with PLC, CPU, Power supply, USB, N-tron, Line protector and Fuses
Using ControlFLASH, RSLogix 5000, and BOOTP/DHCP Server to connect all the IP addresses together
Using C-more programming to create a display for the touch screen and showing the design on the touch screen
Electrical Engineering Intern, Avionica Miami, FL May 2012 – July 2012
Used LTspice to build a circuit
Analyzed the circuit and used a breadboard to build the design
Tested the circuit multiple times and made a final board design
Wrote a final document and presented the project
Converted websites to PDF files and organizing the links to websites
Analyzed prototypes of AC & DC power circuits
Worked on projects with Engineers (Wireless) and Learned how circuits works (Research)

RELEVANT PROJECTS
Auto Tester - PCB design shield (Molex) August 2015 – November 2015
Using Altium to design a PCB board to replace current non PCB design
Documenting the design to show the connections
Test prototypes for missing connections
Creating Bills of Materials with cost
Leaflet & FM Radio & LED Lights & Temperature system (Molex) June 2015 – November 2015
Making a circuit design on Altium and take the time to trace the components the right way
Using Madell to pick and place the component on the trace of the design
Test the design and seeing if all the angle are correct on the trace (Midpoint, x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis)
Panel Design (Preferred Controls) June 2014 – May 2015
Making the layouts of the panels and how they should be build with the restriction that is needed.
Using communication and organization skills to look over schematics (Errors)
Testing and running the panels for errors
Introduction to Microprocessors-Parking Meter (SCSU) December 2014
Using assembly language and C we created a parking meter which kept track of the current spots being occupied using LEDs. A LCD screen and keypad were implemented in order for the user to choose their parking spots as well as see how much time are remaining before the spot expires and the option to add more time.
Airplane Wireless Circuit Chip (Avionica) May 2012 – July 2012
Made a wireless chip for a customer (Jet) using LTspice
Analyzed on breadboard and tested the circuit
Used components to solder the circuit
