Over the span of his career, Brad Nadurak has gained over 5 years of trades experience plus over 10 years direct experience in Alberta’s Oil and Gas Industry. Worked on greenfield and brownfield plant processing facilities up in Ft McMurray. Brad began specializing as a Safety Professional 7 years ago, takes on the challenge of reducing incidents within the companies by providing advice to the workers and to educate and teach people on how to look for hazards. With the approach of getting workers to think safety and work with them he gets more buy in to the safety approach.

The project consists of pipeline at Rocky Mountain House for Redcore
The project consists of well pads at Cenovus Christina Lake
The project consists of putting in a substation in Stavely Alberta.
The project consists of putting in a 33 ton Boiler into an existing building.
Responsibility for getting company 80 or better on audit from Cenovus safety. Making sure workers are filling out FLHA’s properly and being signed off by management each day. Making spreadsheets and following workers on observations and hazards during the shift. Setting up orientations, safety meetings, and toolbox meetings for the shift. Submitting daily reports to safety manager for region everyday. Filling out permits for brownfield
HSE ADVISOR (NCSO) Consulting – NCSG Syncrude Shutdown, Syncrude Fluid Fine Tailings Projects

Dealt with 13 cranes during a turnaround and 18 at the FFT project. The project was a green field project and lifting critical mod lifts into place. The biggest mod put in place was 280 ton

Winter project for drilling SAGD wells. This is just to spud the holes.
Responsible for full range of Safety Advisor functions on a variety of drilling rigs including BBO’s, snapshots, Hazard ID’s, IMS. Worked with CLAWR when driving on Ice roads. Before SADG rigs started dealt construction groups such as Heart lake.
HSE ADVISOR (NCSO)- Lockerbie and Hole Construction
May 2011- Oct 2012, Calgary Alberta
Part of the design builds which was for water treatment facilities. This included electrical and mechanical work. Installing new pumps, piping, electrical MCC panels, and tanks. This also included lift stations.
Responsible for full range of Safety Advisor functions on a variety of facility/plant construction projects for various clients including Suncor and CRNL
SAFETY MANAGER (NCSO) -Giusti Group of Companies
May 2010 – April 2011, Calgary Alberta
Worked with seven different companies in the group. With drywall, painters, concrete forming, Walltech manufacturing, Concrete pump operators, and aircrete. This was forming concrete walls, and columns for Commercial projects.

SAFETY OFFICER (NCSO) - Centron Construction
June 2006 to Feb 2010, Calgary Alberta
Worked on three projects the first one was a Condominium Tower. The next one was a brown field project with five buildings being built. Dealt with roads and parking lot being done to having three building being erected and the last two digging trenches and plumbing put in until the project was stopped. The last project was an office tower being constructed to 22 storeys.
