PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATIING OFFICER
A $75M project, engineering and manufacturing company with proprietary mobile, packaged, multi-fuel engine generator technology for “Fast Power” turnkey projects deployed through Megawatt Power its majority owner.
Report to the CEO of Megawatt Power Holdings with full responsibility for the project management and operations of Megawatt Power Industries, Inc. including finance, manufacturing/sourcing, turnkey construction, services and engineering.
Was hired by the parent global company after an acquisition that was not going well and mid-stream of a difficult power project in the mid-east to address project management issues and establish a global sourcing and manufacturing strategy.
Recruited a new management team of industry professionals and restructured the organization implementing process improvements/lean reducing costs by 40%. Implemented agile project management process throughout global company.
Established new partnerships in Asia for sourcing, manufacturing and leading engine technology for parent company.

Newport Board Group is a partnership of board directors and senior executive leaders with deep knowledge of business strategy, operations and capital markets.
As an advisor to an industrial services company, that was struggling with project management, cash flow issues and growth.
Implemented project management strategy, facilitated a new loan package including credit and capex lines to solve immediate cash flow issues and provide working capital for growth.
Company is now growing at 30% per year, recurring revenue business has grown to 15% of revenue and the new loan package has taken pressure off their cash flow.
For a technology company, assisted company in addressing project management and cash flow issues, tripling credit line to alleviate immediate cash flow issues and new source of supply in China with improved credit terms. Company growing at 50% rate.
MAXWEST ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS INC.

An early stage, private equity backed project company established to manufacture, own and operate biosolids gasification plants disposing of biosolids from public and private wastewater treatment facilities.
Full responsibility for the operations and $30M profit and loss including turnkey project management, operations manufacturing, construction, sales and marketing, technology development, engineering and plant operations. Managed 150 employees.
Implemented operational processes for efficient management of projects reducing cost by 30%.
Was brought in by the PE firm Leaf Clean Energy to staff operations group, establish operational processes and evaluate the company. Interim assignment successfully completed and left the company.
GEOBIO ENERGY INC.

Recruited the investment banker to identify and acquire target energy services companies. Completed acquisitions - interim assignment successfully completed and left the company
Negotiated purchase agreements with target acquisition companies with combined $50M in revenue.
Directed $20M financing effort with I- Bankers, a global investment banking firm.

RAVEN BIOFUELS INTERNATIONAL CORP.

A start-up public projects company established to build, own and operate cellulosic based bio-refineries.
Full executive management and $25M profit and loss responsibility for all project management and operations of the company.
Directed and completed technology and project development for dilute acid hydrolysis cellulosic ethanol/furfural process.
Developed first two cellulosic ethanol/furfural bio-refinery projects in Mississippi and Canada.
Directed initial fund raising of $25 million in 2009. Successfully raising the first $10M.
GTS ENERGY, INC.
CONSULTANT – ACTING EVP/DIV. PRESIDENT ATLANTA, GA 2007-2008
A $120M manufacturer and supplier of custom engineered process heating systems. Managed global project management, operations metal/equipment manufacturing operations, sales and turnkey construction.
Reported to the Board of Directors with responsibility for $120 million P&L and a $12 million operating budget.
Recruited by the owner of the company to restructure and grow sales to sell the company.
Increased sales from $85M to $120M and EBITDA from $20M to $34M
Restructuring and sales growth were successful. Sale of the company was completed in 2008.
LPP COMBUSTION, LLC Columbia, MD

LPP Combustion is a clean energy, gas turbine related technology company. .
Directed all project and operations with full $20M profit and loss responsibility.
Responsible for successfully raising $6.3 million from 40+ private investors in 2004-2005.
After patents and commercializing technology, the other owners and I hired a new President. I left to pursue other opportunities.

A $100M stand-alone AMEX- listed public environmental turnkey project, manufacturing, construction, and services company.
Managed the global operations and project management with $100M profit and loss. Directed 250 employees worldwide.
Increased sales from $65M to over$100M and EBITDA from $6M loss to $20.5M
Implemented project management and performance improvement processes globally.
Established three new successful foreign subsidiary companies in the UK, Canada, and China.
After successful turnaround, the board made a decision to sell the company. Directed the sale of the company and the China subsidiary company. Left the company after completing the sale.

Managed global business - $110 million profit and loss. Operations included over 250 employees; project management, two injection molding/machined metal products manufacturing facilities in Sweden; Atlanta, Georgia, operations; 20 sales offices worldwide and projects including mechanical/general construction. Annual operating budget of $20 million.
Increased sales in global company sales from $75M to $110M and EBITDA from $10M to $27M
After a successful turnaround, the board made the decision to sell the company. Coordinated successful sale of company to GL&V of Canada and then left the company.

With annual sales of over $55 million in North and South America, Alfa Laval Celleco Inc. was a leader in the design, services and manufacture of filtration, cleaning and separation technology for virgin pulp and recycle mills in the pulp and paper industry. Alfa Laval Celleco Inc. was a subsidiary of Alfa Laval Celleco Group ($110 million worldwide sales).
Managed global business with president of ALC Group as part of global business unit management team, $55M profit/loss and all project management/operations in North and South America. Added turnkey approach and grew services business for growth.
Increased sales in company from $30M to $55M and EBITDA from $1M loss to $17.6M.
