At present working as a Site Engineer in SSM Builders & Promoters, Chennai - Since August 2013.

Job Profile:

Execute the Construction Work by Planning Schedule.

Preparing BOQ for the project.

Checking and scrutinizing the contractor’s bill for payment claim.

Preparing DMR & DPR for the project.

Make the Costing or Estimating of Modular Kitchen.

Project Handling:

The project is one of the largest integrated Township in Chennai, named “SSM Nagar”. It comprises of 59 residential blocks, 6 commercial blocks with a club house and all infra structures like STP, WTP, Substation, Landscaping etc., spread over an extent of about 59 Acres. Each residential block consists of a stilt + 4 floors building. Total built up area is about 40 Lakhs Sqft. approximate cost of project is about 1200 Crores.
