lucky enough as a single mother who struggle and trying hard just for the sake of my children, there could be no one such a lucky as i am right now that i'm just here sitting while

seeking for a job where i maybe qualified for. How much more if i will be HIRED and start immediately, i think it will be one of my career achievements to be called.

As a single parent, nowadays it would be very hard for me to please all my children and treat them equally because there maybe times you cannot gave them on what they wanted

to, and you cannot explained to them co'z as a mother, your emotions will come first and you don't want to be blamed by your children for the downfall you encountered in life. As of

now, even if i'm just writing now, i could say that writing on this essay is part of my achievement where i can express and say what's on my inside without any limitation and freedom

As a supervisor in an agency, all janitorial and messengerial services are under on my supervision and instructions,therewith:

1.First, to check there areas of responsibilities and their assignment and there locations where i have to deploy some of my men.

2.To check there attendance and observed their each of one's punctuality.

3.To observe the manners and right conduct on each of my men so that i know where is the right assignment for them. And aside from

that there are clients who chooses on their own choices as thier assigned utilities.

4.To see if they are well-uniformed while on duty and with each of one id's with them.

5.To looked and checked as often while thery're on line of duties and conduct roving where they are assigned so that you can monitor all

there works and awareness of bad habits while in work, and being awre to for the rules and regulations in the company where they are

assigned and deployed.

6.Lastly, as a supervisor, in order you are be followed by your followers or men, you must know what is your role and know what is all

about supervising line of character. You must be the role model for your subbordinates as well.
