Responsible for managing large scale project for over 3500 homes weatherized for Community Action Partnership.
Direct Liaison with city officials and outside vendors. Qualified LIHEAP and ARRA contracts with Riverside, Orange and LA counties by completing the RFI / RFP requirements. Company generated over 9M in top line sales with over 25 employees. Conducted duct pressure testing and sealing of duct work. Conducted door blower testing and sealed the house to specifications. Performed residential repairs that made the homes more energy efficient. This included quotes and replacement or repair of HVAC, windows, doors, domestic water heaters, solar pricing, subcontracting management and insulation. Managed and set up the systems needed to qualify for the contract. This included oversight of quick books, Davis-Bacon reporting and all testing documentation required through billing.

Worked in weapon systems test and analysis of the Standard Missile Interfaced with system engineers to determine test requirements, prepared test plans conducted tests, analyzed data and prepared final reports for Standard Missile 1 and 2 guidance control computers. Simulated missile flights in laboratory from launch through firing of warhead. Conducted live warhead testing at White Sands Missile range. Test included electrical static discharge, vibration test and analysis, EMI/EMC testing and weapon systems integration. Began as Systems Analysis Engineer, analyzing missile telemetry data, comparing with missile specifications, determining cause of deviation from system specifications.
