Openwave Systems, Inc. – Redwood City, CA - Subject Matter Expert on a project to re-implement the Procure-to-Pay modules across 22 operating units. New functionality was introduced to streamline business processes. This included Procurement cards (via iExpense); Self Service Receiving and related Alerts put in place to support this process; Positive Pay; interfaces to Bank of America’s Electronic Funds Delivery (EFD) system in the UK and France; and Invoice Approvals. Joined the project 8 weeks prior to go-live expecting that most of the customizations would be completed only to find that the Procure-to-Pay area was drastically behind schedule. Mentored integrator’s consultant on the implementation of Oracle Purchasing to support the process manufacturing portion of the project.

Gap, Inc – San Bruno, CA - Managed the design, build, and testing of the printed Purchase Order documents for Japan, France, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands at a global specialty retailer as part of a global implementation of Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement. Worked with IT business analysts, business partners and the Legal departments in the respective countries to achieve consensus on the format, content, and delivery methods of the document.
