Summary:

I worked as a diamond turning technician for 8 years as a group leader of diamond turning department, working with different material like germanium, zinc and silicone. I have experienced using the Zygo, Talysurf, New View, and Verifire Asphere to be able to check the surfaces roughness for military jobs and also do set ups for much kind of material and sizes. I also have experienced on CNC milling machines.

I’m responsible for the entire production of the floor, set up, programming, editing and operated diamond turning machines. I have knowledge of aspheric measurement and testing methods, using Zygo interferometers, Talysurf, New view instrument, ultra-comp and another method. I also have experienced on checking CT, sag, using drop indicator, caliper and micrometers. I have knowledge making Asphere and diffractive programs.

I have to inspected the parts from cnc department, I use the optical

Comparator, caliper, micrometer, microscope.

1999-2006 CNC Machine Operators, and Cnc Inspector Cambridge’s Tool

I ran machine Hitachi, Mori Seiki machine, Fanuc, Robodrill, Brother and also I ran the Lathe machine. I took the measurements of the parts, I also help the setup man, I change tools, and I make the check list in the computer.
