Title: Payable Management Tracking System For Shipping Process(MCA) Brief Description:

This project is a system or process which tracks the necessary information starting from PO (Purchase Order) creation, invoice creation to remittance, which in turn reduces the manual work and to find out the accurate Service Level Agreement (SLA) for proper MIS (Management Information System) reports to improve operational activities in MOLIPS (Mitisui OSK Line Information Product Service).

This Project provides users with instructions on how to use the Tracking System. The user guide includes instructions for how to navigate the system and use filters, how to log samples and send them in a new shipment, ship samples that have already been logged in, add samples to an existing shipment, Vendor to send the Invoice copy(PDF) via email, view and amend a sample, look up a sample shipment that has already been sent, send a new sample to replace a missing or unusable one, how to generate a blank protocol submission schedule, and how to update and view the current consent status.
