Pattern I:
‘’recognized apprenticeship in a mechanical trade’’
An apprenticeship in a mechanical trade consists of a minimum work hours and related instruction in occupations like Electrician, Machinist, Carpentry, Plumbing or Mechanic. After completion and achievement of a passing grade, the apprentice will hold a Certificate of Apprenticeship, Certificate of Qualification or Certificate of Completion.
A standard Maintenance Mechanic apprenticeship program will include four years of on the job training and 576 hours of classroom instruction.
