Led power supply and control team (10 engineers) to design more than 10 laser power supply systems, guided and helped hardware / software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve problems, and made design and development plans for the whole team. Wrote design and technology document and communication protocols for power systems. Coordinated and worked closely with cross-functional teams.
Led the team to solve lots of problems to implement high power and high efficiency, EMC, compact structure, appearance and easy operation. As the result, the dimension was reduced to less than 50%.
Designed and developed power systems (output>100kW) with user-friendly interface, such as keyboard and LCD screen. They can be controlled through 422 or 485 interface on PC. More than 8 CC(constant current) power supply with micro-processor controlled and close-loop feedback. Moreover, real-time samples were implemented including voltage, current, temperature and humidity. Also, features of warning and protection were implemented.
Responsible for developing CW and QCW laser diode driver and designed for intelligent and miniaturized driver. Designed electric circuit with MCU (C8051F02x) and CPLD (EPM7000S family). C programming is my expertise.
Participated to design one-of-a-kind laser therapeutic instrument. Responsible for designing the control board which controlled 3 stepping motor and 3 lasers. The board included A/D and D/A, stepping motor control, LCD display, keyboard, and close-loop feedback. The instrument was used on the medical treatment of kidney stone.
Responsible for manufacturing process of one-of-a-kind laser range-finder, familiar with production manufacturing process. And the action range was from 0.6km to 10km.
Responsible for a lot of PCB design(2-6 layers), such as micro-processor control board, 24W power supply board.

Responsible for developing laser diode driver with constant current and designing for intelligent and miniaturized driver. Some drivers' output (~4W) are low, and some drivers' output (~15kW) are high. A/D and D/A converters were used to acquire signal and control output, V/F converter, OP or photoelectric coupling were involved in isolation circuit.
Designed quasi-CW laser diode driver based on MCU and CPLD, implemented adjustable frequency, pulse width and amplitude value.
Designed electric circuit with MCU(C8051F02x) and CPLD(EPM7000S family).
C programming is my expertise. I developed all the MCU main program and sub-routines about A/D, D/A, UART, I2C, SPI, timers, display with LCD or VFD, and 4x5 keyboard.
Designed power supply with TI 3842/3843 and TI 25600, which input was 220V AC or 24V DC, and output was 5V or 12V, 24V, etc.
