Accurate management of personal inventory, warranty parts RMA’s, DOA’s etc is imperative. Equipment manufacturers serviced include: Fujitsu, NCR, HP, IBM, among others. Daily functions consist of servicing back office PC’s, DELL servers, & IBM Blade Centers, along with all related network switches, routers, etc.

Field Service Representative
Responsible for the installation of proprietary Nielsen Media equipment which generate the globally recognized, industry standard Nielsen Television Ratings. As a Field Service Representative for Nielsen, I was responsible for the initial installation of the ratings equipment, and also successfully maintaining an assigned territory of sites currently installed in order to assure the highest levels of quality media and computer research data was successfully collected. The Nielsen Television Ratings equipment work on wireless and wired Local Area Networks, which in turn connect to the Global Technology Center in Oldsmar FL via Wide Area Network communications. Daily reports are generated of any communications, software, or hardware failures. As a Field Service Representative I was responsible for prioritizing and scheduling service outages in the most expedient fashion. This involved the coordination of proper personal inventory levels, excellent personal time management, as well as constantly maintaining the highest levels of professional communications and relationships with Nielsen Research participants.
