Job Responsibilities ( In Assembly )

Responsible for proper assembly of mufflers and their delivery to the customer on time with quality

and quantity.

Responsible for rejection control and rework on the line.

Daily documentation of loaded and dispatched mufflers.

Making possibility of maximum production by controlling the loss time.

2) Worked in “Forza Medi India Pvt. Ltd.” as Production Engineer (December 2011 to February 2015)

Job Responsibilities ( In Production )

Maintaining Inventory control and 5“S” on the Shop floor (Mechanical press & Hydraulic press, Blanking, Piercing, Draw).

Responsible for Part Production in Machine shop (Mainly Press shop and Partially Cutting,Drilling,Bending

and assembly) .

WIP control, Rejection Control, controlling defects with Poka yoke and TPM and Lean manufacturing.

To handle the manpower & provide them Quality and Productivity improvement training.

To maintain the Production documents & to improve production on the bases of Production records.

To set the month wise production targets at the end of the month on the bases of DPR and MIS report.

To make possible the maximum production by Cycle Time study, controlling loss time with SMED.

Continuous month wise improvements through KAIZEN Activities.

Decision of priority bases self production plan with 16 Power presses (From 5 to 50 Tons).

Involvement in assembly line of press shop components.

To maintain the documentation work of Daily production report.

Knowlidge of QMS / EHS requirements in an Automobile company.

Decision of priority bases self production plan with 10 Power presses (All of 500 Tons).

Designed a “Fuel Capacity Meter”.
