ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Daily morning meetings

Communicate all the Internal and Customer issues to the team.

Initiate corrective actions for the daily internal rejections through Brainstorming.

Periodical auditing of the process and ensure that process is as per Control Plan.

Interact and take decisions with Quality inspectors on case to case to basis on rejection, rework and deviation on the parts manufactured in house & subcontracted.

Providing training to PDI inspectors on product visual inspection, awareness on customer complaints.

Process Development:

Analyzing existing processes & analyzing production & quality trends to implement methods to improve.

Preparing Action plan to reduce Rework & Rejection as well as undertaking process improvement to increase operator productivity.

Product quality improvement through proper analysis of the root cause and implementation of short term / long term corrective action.
