PMO –Data analyst-Temporary assignment

Identifying significant delays of projects involved outsourcing with contractors. Find the root-cause of past due time delays to better monitoring and prevent miscommunication between bell and contractors’ systems

Analysing data from various datasets weekly and performing time series analysis, to show the progress of work being done by the contractor on the past due date the projects.

Estimated the budget for small to large projects separated by the type of operation and analyse it using data of the past year per operation per type of project.

Draw and design engineer

Design and create engineering specifications, plans, drawings and determine the appropriate equipment and installation needs using CAD program.

Analyze job requirements and assess the technical scopes of various jobs.

Responsible for statistical analysis of shelf life test results related to Abbot Point-of-Care’s line of biosensor cartridges

In charge of verifying data submitted by technicians

Responsible for applying Statistical Process Control (S.P.C) and DOE using 6σ principles to determine shelf life of cartridges;

Took part in FDA audit preparations and support.

Successfully used statistical methods to remove unnecessary testing;

Automated data reporting system using macro and VBA in Excel programming and trained the technicians to use the new program.

Led of cross-functional team project evaluating the performance of new base materials for APOC’s products and support other departments which were related to that project.

Served as acting manager for the Lifetime and Reliability team from mid-July to end of August 2009

Responsible for research and development: led a project that used statistical analysis to improve the company’s system’s method and predictive capabilities procedures using SPSS and SPC methods which gave, the clients a clearer picture on whether their machines were in a normal, marginal or critical state. Trained the stuff members and support the laboratory and sale departments.

Work environment was under ISO 9001 regulations.
