PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Study the new building specification and plan and prepare the work schedule.
• Attend meeting with senior representatives to explain the main events, work schedule, safety and utilities.
• Coordinate and direct all manpower issues and requirements.
• Monitor and control material use in the project.
• Check, monitor/review work progress according to work schedule.
• Responsible for fabrication and erection of all structural blocks and all outfitting items.
• Coordinating with Planning, design, piping, and machinery and outfitting departments for any modifications that would arise during fabrication/.erection.
• To study and modify the revised drawing and resolving key issues with respect to new amendment Drawing.

• Guiding and monitoring the workforce to complete the given jobs in accordance with planning schedules with desired quality.
• Ensure projects meet both company and customer requirements and details are effectively communicated to all stake holders
• Responsible for fabrication and erection of all structural blocks and all outfitting items.
• Coordinating with design, piping, and machinery and outfitting departments for any modifications that would arise during fabrication/.erection.
• To study and modify the revised drawing and resolving key issues with respect to new amendment Drawing.
• Monitor work progress at site and prepare progress reports
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with management
• Responsible for erection quality, and controlling of welding quality, fit up’s, seams and butt joints of the vessel’s hull, according to the IACS class/owners regulation.
• Sending requests for examination of the hull structure by NDT methods: UT, X-rays, PT
• Executing the manufacturing of ship accessories such as cement tanks, stern rollers, rudders, A brackets, crane pedestals, etc.
• Liaising with project clients, subcontractors inspectors & surveyors to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project drawings and specifications
• Ensure safety, health and environment issues at work site are observed
• Maintain the inspection and test plan records according to applicable standards
• Responsible for TTS system.
• Responsible for transfer blockes, ship with TTS system.
• Also in charge of logistic of hall yard.
• Responsible for arrangement of all logistic items like hydras, forklift, cherry pickers, trailors & different types of cranes.
