DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Implementation of Company’s HSE Policy.
Making study report by Job Safety Analysis for smooth and safe work.
Conducting Incident investigation and identifying the root cause to prevent recurrence.
Conducting evacuation drills.
Inspection on Lifting Equipments, safety equipments, scaffoldings, fire fighting equipments.
To give advise to the management on matters such as; legal requirements affecting HSE,
prevention of injury and damage, provision/selection and use of protective clothing and
equipment, new working methods, equipment and materials which could reduce risk.
Carryout Regular Inspections of sites and work places to determine whether work is being
carried out as per HSE manual, the relevant statutory provisions and client’s safety
procedures.
Assist Management in notifying the client and appropriate Authorities in the event of
dangerous occurrences, major injuries, accidents in accordance with the company
policy.
Permit Coordinator – Review & Control of permit application as well as actual work area
inspection prior to commencing permitted task.
