Operates and maintains two Cleaver Brooks High pressure.
Using specific chemicals to test boiler feed water and the condensate return tank.
Checking water for: Hardness, Alkalinity, Ph. Balance, and Conductivity.
Maintaining water levels: in the Boiler, De-aerator, and Condensate and surge tank.
Walking the plant to ensure that there were no steam leaks.
Made adjustments on Intellipak controls also made adjustments on VAV controllers for various areas in the office areas. Also Preventive Maintenance on all equipment.

Toured the boiler room daily to observe operating equipment, Meters, Gauges to ensure correct operation. Supervising a staff of 3 janitors, 1 maintenance men, 4 doormen and 5 security staff.
Notified supervisor when major repairs or assistance is required outside of the normal preventive maintenance schedule. Operates Valves and controls to change building from heating to cooling.
