with over 20 years of experience, Boiler operations and maintenance and overseeing staff. I’m a responsible

Operates and maintains two Cleaver Brooks High pressure.

Using specific chemicals to test boiler feed water and the condensate return tank.

Checking water for: Hardness, Alkalinity, Ph. Balance, and Conductivity.

Maintaining water levels: in the Boiler, De-aerator, and Condensate and surge tank.

Walking the plant to ensure that there were no steam leaks.

Made adjustments on Intellipak controls also made adjustments on VAV controllers for various areas in the office areas. Also Preventive Maintenance on all equipment.

Performed Preventive Maintenance on multi task TRANE units on the roof, cleaning coils, changing filters and belts, adjusting thermostats.

Maintained 28 floors tower building plus 18 townhouses a total of 168 units.. 24 hours 7days.

Operated high pressure boilers and controls of continuous supply of hot water for heating and air conditioning. Maintaining a 5 ton absorber equipped with a Chiller and cooling tower.

Toured the boiler room daily to observe operating equipment, Meters, Gauges to ensure correct operation. Supervising a staff of 3 janitors, 1 maintenance men, 4 doormen and 5 security staff.

Notified supervisor when major repairs or assistance is required outside of the normal preventive maintenance schedule. Operates Valves and controls to change building from heating to cooling.
