Daily Maintenance by the inspection using FCS status display window

Replacing the part of FCS like ESB bus cables, ER bus cables, power supply module, processor module ESB bus coupler module, ESB interface module, V net Coupler unit, battery unit

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation/commissioning of Delta Drives, PLC, Servo Motors, and HMI.

Develop standards, procedures, manuals, and other documentation for projects or internal use

Responsible for system specification, design, architecture, and development.

Duties will include generation of PLC Code, Bill of Materials, One-Line Drawings, Wire Lists, Schematics, Operations and Parts Manuals.

Maintains product safety in all designs

Performs design prototyping, including field implementation and testing

Perform basic troubleshooting of communications networks and wiring issues associated with PLCs, Drives and computers.

Follows required regulatory codes.

Prepares and reviews electrical control product documentation
