Extract the data from the scripts, map them on a different datasheet
Run the test scripts on RFT to check if the scripts perform as required
Implement a macro that made changes to the current claim file, which was then given as an input to another module of the project
Co-ordinated with the testing team to gather specifications while fixing issues
Met the deadlines on the project and took the ownership of any outstanding issues and resolved them in a timely manner

A data mining project where the idea was to make advancements in the field of medicine and other related fields, where the data sets are large, by developing a pattern mining algorithm as the current algorithms in use would not give an extensive support for mining the data in those fields. The algorithm was proposed by Dr. Snehasis Mukhopaday and Dr. Mohammad Hasan, professors at IUPUI, and worked along with them for this project. Responsibilities:
Duties include implementing the proposed algorithm by using the required concepts of core java and other technologies (if required) and testing it on real world databases like drugs and its effects.
The databases were huge and hence the code which has to be developed should be robust.
Used java to implement the algorithm. The concepts used were Constructors, File Handling, Input Handling, String Handling, Multi-Threading, Collections (Lists, Sets, Maps and Array), Serialization and Exception Handling.
To implement the Multi agent part of the project, a multi agent environment, called the MASON environment was used.
Used SQL and Pl/SQL for database manipulations.
