As a Technical Consultant the primary responsibilities were to design and install the technical solutions necessary to meet the needs of complex customer applications. Switch Control Center responsibilities included nation-wide surveillance on all local service switches (DMS250, Lucent 5ESS) responding to Centrex, ISDN DS1, SS7 link outages, and directing internal and external repair efforts.
