Drafted hundreds of Resolutions and Proclamations for District 6 Commissioners that were presented before City Council and community events. Organized travel arrangements. Drafted meeting agendas, supplied advance materials, took minutes and executed follow-up for meetings and team conferences. Implemented and maintained office systems.
Successfully coordinated over 13 yearly community events, including but not limited to the Red Tie Golf Celebrity Extravaganza Fundraiser, “Eggcellent” Kids Health Fair and Easter Egg Hunt, Remembering Haiti “The Earthquake”, Seniors Spring to Health Fair & Bingo Tournament, Junteenth, Crime Prevent Awareness Walk, Kid’s Health Fair & Back-To-School Supplies Giveaway, Walk for Peace and Job Fair and Seniors Gospel Thanksgiving Concert. I monitored all activities, ensure staff is on task and made sure attendees enjoyed their experiences. I helped raise over fifty thousand dollars for the 2014 Red Tie Golf fundraising event.
