The Tx8600 is converged Media Gateway which is feature rich system that economically scales from few dozen IP,ATM and TDM ports to over 58000.It is multifabric, multiservice platform provides operators with single platform whose bearer facility, switching and signaling capabilities enable complete interoperability between next generation and legacy networks.
In this Project my responsibilities were
Technical Lead for a team of 5 members
Trained the team members on SS7 – MTP2 and MTP3
Performed requirement analysis and sought clarification from the customer.

MSSC Soft Switch is Wireless Soft switch with CDMA Technology. MGCP Protocol was used between MSSC and Media Gateway.
In this Project my responsibilities were
Lead 3 member team in Testing
Product testing of IOS41 and IS41 messages.
Guided the team members in execution of the below activities for each release.
Tested Basic 150 test cases like Mobile to Mobile, Mobile to Land, Land to Mobile, SMS Origination, SMS Termination, Handoff, Authentication, Intersystem paging, Winprepaid, CALEA Three Way call, Call Transfer, Conference call, Roamed in and Roamed out for each release.
Verified CDR (Call Details Record) and statistics for above calls.
Tested the Basic GUI and TL1
Created and Deleted the Network entities through TL1 and GUI like MSC, PSTN, BSC, HLR and SCP.
Tested the system in various configurations.

For this it interacts with mediation devices called Media gateways using various protocols such as Megaco, MGCP, and SIP
In this Project my responsibilities were
Lead 3 member team in Testing
Prepared Test design documents to test VOIP protocols ( MEGACO,MGCP)
Prepared system design specification for Broadvox Class 4 – T.38 and DTMF relay on RTP using RFC 2833 payload format.
Guided the team members in preparing scripts.
Raised problem reports and interact with development teams to resolve problem reports identified in the software during the testing cycle.

The WCOM MM is a Class 4 Soft switch for US market which was initial step towards building the integration of traditional circuit switched network and next generation packet based network.

Digital Cross-Connect System (DCS) is member of the Alcatel Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) based cross-connect family. The system is a wideband cross-connect with maximum-equipped size of 2688 full-Duplex equivalent DS3 ports.
In this Project my responsibilities were
Design Lead for team of 7 members
Studied Digital Cross-connect and imparted training to team members.
