-Supported safety review of design and hazard assessments for testing and verification (TRR, HRR, HAZOPS)

-Coordinated HSE regulatory/legal compliance activities for operations within 11 Hydro-Processing Units

-Responsible for identifying and closing compliance gaps at BP Texas City Refinery.

-Led a team of 8 employees, promoted EHS and business career growth and development

Impacted the organization with a 30% reduction in mishaps and 100% compliance with safety programs

-Planned, developed, promoted, advised, implemented and assessed processes to achieve and maintain a safe and healthy work environment such as the facilitation and implementation of a comprehensive occupational health and safety programs (Lock Out/Tag Out, Safety Risk Assessments, Fall Protection, Incident and Close Call Reporting, Emergency Awareness, and Wellness initiatives)
