Rupali polyester (PVT) Ltd (Petrochemical Plant) Experience (3 year)
The Rupali group is a leading business group in Pakistan with diverse commercial interest ranging from manufacturing, experting and indenting to banking and trade financing. The rupali group is also the largest producer of polyester filament yarn and a leader in production of staple fiber in Pakistan.
Currently I am Working as Maintenance Engineer in Rupali Polyester (Pvt) Ltd. My responsibilities are to maintain plant machinery & routine checks of all rotary Equipment. In Rupali I am Responsible to maintain plant machinery and Responsible for safe & smooth overhauling of the equipment’s, Routine checks, PM,CM,identifying and reporting defects occurring in any plant in the defined area, Trouble shooting, Safety of personnel and compliance with NEQS standards, safety systems & procedures and to assist Mechanical H.O.D.
To plan, implement and monitor the scheduled Mechanical Maintenance in Boiler & N2 Plant, Coal Handling Plant,HVAC Plant, Pump House,B.D & F.D Dryer, Cooling Towers, Compressors to ensure the target availability of Mechanical Equipment in order to achieve the Required Objective within allotted Budget also ensure effective usages of SAP Compliance of all statutory requirement
Experience of 20 Ton per hour 28 bar coal fired water tube boiler (Series of SZL horizontal dual cylinder portrait arranged)
Annual Maintenance and cleaning of boiler tubes.
Annual Maintenance and cleaning of Economizer, pre-heater.
Maintenance and cleaning of, De-sulphrized waster scrubber.
Having experience of overall maintenance and cleaning of CFB.
Responsible for maintenance of the entire boiler feed water pump and chemical dosing pumps of coal fired boiler.
Maintenance and cleaning of boiler mud holes, hand holes and man holes of main stream drums for CFB.
Responsible for maintenance and overhauling of all the valves, including blow down valves, main stream (in/out) valves for steam circuit of CFB.
Responsible to take all the preventive measure of all rotary equipments installed at CFB.
Prepare daily inspection report of the area equipments.

Maintain the whole plan (UTILITIES) regarding to preventive/breakdown maintenance.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of PD compressor.(DR 1418 E)
Maintenance and troubleshooting of all screw compressors (GA and GA Pack up to 1410 and 1108).
Maintenance and troubleshooting of cooper compressor (centrifugal. Turbo air 3000)
Maintenance and overhauling of cooling tower (induced type).
Maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers (absorption and compression)
Annual maintenance of chillers, HVAC plant equipment (BDM/PM).
Maintenance and troubleshooting of boilers (fire tube).
Annual Maintenance and troubleshooting of N2 plant.
PM, BDM of Air dryers (BD and FD).
General inspection of all the Area Equipment.
To indent the required spare of all the equipments

Supplier Quality – Responsibility and accountability with the appropriate authority to correct errors in any of the suppliers who are providing components to the production facilities and ensuring all involved understand standards.
Production Process Improvement – Constant review and improvement to ensure effective and efficient processes of engineering during fabrication of Pressure Vessels, gating doors and other static equipments and their NDT testing. Recommend, innovate and implement revised methods and processes.
Training Needs Identification – Identify weaknesses in any part of your process. Create a shared approach with supervision to leverage best results.
Packaging – Cost, process, rationalization etc. To minimize cost and improve product perception, Pool resource with the supplier(s) to create a rationalized range of packaging (cost down)

Dispatch - Create pack and stack processes that improve efficiency whilst maintaining the integrity of the product and perception on receipt.
Material Picking /Delivery – Review the process to ensure accurate, effective with full control and damage free. Create recommendations and ensure corrective actions are adhered to.

Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and qualify the NDT methods necessary to produce the pipelines, pressure vessels, bullets and their appurtenances, including testing, documentation, client approval and third party verification, as required for the project;
Provide technical input and cost estimates for NDT methods, equipment and consumables required for project preparations and production;
Review the NDT services, including but not limited to pre-qualification, performance, quality audits and technical presentations;
Monitor the daily progress of ongoing production on board vessels and/or at work sites and, where necessary, intervene to resolve any NDT related issues;
Consult with subcontractors on the feasibility of project specific NDT techniques, standards and specifications to develop the most productive and cost-effective outcome;
Evaluate and manage the maintenance, repair and supply of NDT equipment and consumables for projects, liaising with suppliers, contractors and project teams;
Conduct practical training to technicians and junior NDT personnel for new and/or modified NDT techniques and procedures;
Monitor and improve performance for inspection and NDT services, ensuring that assigned projects are managed in accordance with applicable company, environmental and safety procedures;
