June 2011 - Dec. 2011:- Worked for 6 months as a trainee in L&T during commissioning and erection period of Steel Melting Shop and 9000 ton Forging Press.

 Production experience in Stainless Steel/Inconel overlay on heavy Pressure vessels and Boilers part like a Tube sheets, Shells, Cones, Nozzles, Critical Elbow. Various welding methods used like - ESSC, SMAW, MIG, TIG, SAW, automatic 2G Welding in Small Diameter of Tube sheet, special welding in side of Elbow and Nozzles.

 Fabrication and Manufacturing of heavy equipment for Petroleum industries, Nuclear sector, Marine application, Indian army s Defence jobs

 Experience in Stainless steel/ Carbon steel Process & Power Piping spool fabrication.

 Production & Quality experience in power plant structural fabrication & painting and quality

Certification: - ASNT Level-II in Ultrasound test, Die Penetrant test, Radiography evolution,

Qualified in 3G/3F SMAW welding qualified by Larsen& Toubro.

Actively involved to get U/U2 Certification for Pressure Vessels & Alternative Rules for Pressure Vessels from ASME, Very good Documentation and Exhibit control for ISO Audit.
