DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Study the drawing and clarify with client and site engineers for the job.

Organize the site team for daily and weekly review meeting to ensure the jobstatus.

Ensure and manage the requirements for the job reach in time like material, manpower equipment’s and machineries.

Responsibilities for job allocation to the fabrication team with clear drawings in priority basis.

Verify the fabricated spools and offer QA/QC people for the clearance/

Ensuring the print coating for the spools as per coating procedure.

Rectify the job if any punch point from QC/QA.

Circulate the DPR for all the jobs to client

Ensure and deliver the fabricated spools with all supporting documents after the QA/QC clearance to the client in time.

Route co ordinate with workers and supervisors.

Evaluate the ongoing job with scope of whether it exceeds the limit or not.

Report the ongoing job with scope of whether superiors and works

Solve the problems at the job site by co-coordinating with superiors and workers.

Implementing the quality control at site as per standard method to company with the specifications.

Survey ROU, joint coating lowering.

Develop and motivates the project team to make it a high performance team.

Determining the brought out materials well in advance and placing order for the procurement of the same

Communication with project team, contractors, client for smooth progress of job.
