Eco petrol Oil Refinery, CB&I Cartagena, Colombia August 2013 – July 2014

Managing self- performed and sub-contractor employees to build the alkylation unit in an existing refinery. Directing manpower and equipment to meet tight schedules, milestones and completion dates.

Duties are to oversee all steel erection, all tanks, all vessels and all mechanical and piping installation for a cobalt and nickel refinery. Managing the barriers of communication and leading the safety initiatives and team direction required for success on a project of this size, involving 78 nationalities. Focused on the hydro metallurgical refinery section of a 5+ Billion dollar facility.

Duties included- overseeing the erection of the limestone conveyor systems. Consisting of, anchoring tail sections, setting head chutes, setting drag feeders, welding and fabricating dump chutes and erection of all supports and conveyor sections. Duties include the overseeing of the dismantle, transport and erection of two 80% complete power plants from Mississippi and Tennessee to be re-erected and expanded into a 650MG Gas and Steam Fired power plant. Daily responsibilities include work schedules, maintenance of the cranes, forklifts and all other heavy equipment. Prepared lift plans and plans for miscellaneous platforms and responsible for all steel erections. Managed a crew of 700

employees from all crafts to complete this 700 million dollar venture in a record time of 16 months.

Cortez, CO Saulcon February 2007-June 2007

Construction Manager

Grass roots construction of two CO2 plants. Overseeing the erection of iron, tanks, vessels and piping for both of these facilities, though 40 miles apart .Work force consists of 500 craft people on this 400 million dollar effort.

From 1978 to 2006 was spent acquiring the skills and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, including, Laborer, Rodbuster, and Carpenter; to a focus on Steel Erection, Heavy Rigging, Piping and mechanical, and Crane Operations and Procedures.
