3. CMMS Maximo and Documentations

Supervise and guide C&I Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to minimize downtime and increase efficiencies throughout the plant

Ensure maintenance activities are captured in the CMMS Maximo

Develop monthly report as required by the Station’s Management

4. Inter-Departmental Support

Arrange and lead standby team for Power Plant Startup and Shutdown as well as for interlock test of boiler, turbine, and generator before startup (re-commissioning)

Provide inter-departmental support as and when required

Main Responsibilities :

1. Plant Maintenance Scope

Plan and implement maintenance programme (PM and CM) on Control System and instrumentation including but not limited to DCS, PLC, gauges, sensors, switches, analyzers, transmitters, and actuators; pneumatic, motorized, hydraulic

Ensure full compliance with plant PTW and LWS system

Conduct technical studies and develop recommendation (modification, upgrades, improvement) for corrective action in line with Quality Assurance standards

Participate in testing and commissioning of new or refurbished instruments ensuring the OEM working standards are met prior to handover to operations

Organize, supervise and guide Maintenance Technicians to minimize downtime and increase efficiencies throughout the plant

2. Budget & Procurement Management

Evaluate vendor selection and proposal for plant systems/equipment

3. Commissioning Phase

Supervise system erection, testing and signing off Request For Inspection (RFI)

Ensure compliance of relevant standards such as vibration (ISO 2954), RTD (IEC 60751), hazardous/explosion proof (IEC 60079, 61241),harmonic/voltage fluctuation (VDE 0165/0170/0171), 4-20mA (NAMUR NE43), protection class (EN 60529)

Raise warranty claim for defects from NCR (Non-Conformance Record), and Punch List clearance
