Consultant for American Energy – Managed and supervised all daily drilling, downhole, rig specific operations, daily reports and daily costs. Performed inspections held Pre Tour and Pre Job safety Meetings prior to every major tasks or change in job tasks such as cementing, running casing and changing out BHA’s. Drilled numerous HT and HP wells in numerous shale plays. Made sure the Drilling Contractor and all other service companies had everything they needed to keep operations running smoothly in a safe and in a timely manner. Supervised the investigation and documentation of any accidents or equipment failures, while mentoring and training company employees assigned to rig. Oversee the process to meet the directional well path, target objectives, calculating surveys, while using anti-collision calculations to steer clear of other well bores on multi well pads. Constantly having to adjust, change or redirect well bore path as formation, targets and pay zone change due to formation faults.
