Served as the Process Engineer on various projects.

oActed as the Process leader during operations. This included leading a cross functional team, planning process operations, and troubleshooting any issues.

oDesigned process operations for first time scale up using equipment up to 1000 gallons in size. Trained operators in how to safely handle materials and equipment during processing.

oGained knowledge of how to properly handle various chemicals both common and uncommon. Liquids, Solids, and Gasses were all used during processing.

oUsed various unit operations to produce API’s (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) for clients.

oPerformed lab experiments and testing to resolve process issues and to ensure quality of batches.
