This project had its significance as it was one of its kind in Bahrain wherein villas were build on petal shaped islands which were excavated from the sea. This not only was a major task but to get it done was an uphill task. This unique type of petal shaped island was built with help of Baker and Wilkins, Kuwait based Co., Witkins etc.

RIFFA VIEWS, BAHRAIN (1000 VILLAS)

This project focuses on the luxury lifestyles of the modern day man wherein there were lifestyle Villas like the OASIS, PARK and the Townhouse types. We had to liase with 3 Contractors for the job and 2 consultants. This project was executed under my supervision with a team of 14 people, a project manager and a supervisor.

THE WAVE, OMAN (1000 VILLAS)

This project initially started because of the closeness to the airport within the Muscat city limits. This is a mix match of lifestyle apartments and Villas, beach villas, townhouses, malls etc. This is basically a city / village in itself. Herein we have executed 4 phases of this project and bidding for the other phases till date. AEG is the brand that has been approved by the “Consultant – W.S Atkins” and is also supplied and installed from our end.

JEBEL SIFAH, OMAN (1000 VILLAS)

This project has been developed by “Muriya Properties” (Tourism Development of Oman) and Lupp Middle East are the Contractors of the same. Project is a mix-match of Villas and Apartments, these are about 160 apartments and 250 Villas which has been awarded to us till date.
