Refresh of 43 suites in the Hub Mall, a six-floor building, no elevators, consisting of 19 bachelor, 11 double, and quad Seven staircases were to be refreshed, painting of all walls, ceilings, handrails, windows frames, doors, with repairs to high level ceilings.
