The project was construction of Research and Development Complex and Infrastructure for QATAR FOUNDATION and was worth 1.6 Billion QAR (600m CAD$ appx).The project include installation of all the Modern and latest equipment that are used in Research process. The Buildings are steel structured, with latest construction methods and techniques.
Responsibilities
Monitored all quality related activities on the project and verified that such are at all times in accordance with the applicable standards and project specifications
Coordinated with all on and off site quality inspections, NDT procedures and quality audits with the Sub-contractors and Suppliers
Received and reviewed submittal, documents and drawings that may also be provided for quality related reviews
Managed and Assigned task and inspection works to site QC inspectors on daily basis and review outcome of inspection and documents
Coordinated all material receipt inspections and review all material certification and testing
Managed and Ensured all quality control documentation are complied with for the works from construction through to hand over
Assured all technical documents relative to site quality are current status or with the latest version/issue

The project was the construction of 9 apartments and a mosque for the Royal commission of Jubail and Yanbu. This is a Saudi government project and involves Bechtel as a consultant. The project is high valued and worth SR138 millions. The apartments are precast concrete wall structure with footings concrete casted insitu, and with modern interiors.
Responsibilities
Managed the team that worked from Setting out to completion and Hand Over of the project.
Effectively delivered within the time constraints to the clients.
Effectively managed sub contractors work and material delivery and inspection.
Coordinate with the Planning team and all departments in execution of work as per schedule
Guided the Field Engineers and site supervisor for the completion of the works as per drawings and specifications
Knowledge of QS, QA and Quality Control and structural behavior of the Precast and Hollow core structures
Experience in the Finishing’s and commissioning. Knowledge of codes of Contract and bidding.

Blackfriars station and Bridge works
The project was a redevelopment of Black friars underground and over ground station the first of its kind to have the platforms for the whole width of the river Thames. This was a Network rail project .The station redevelopment works include, secant pilings works for the station, concrete works on the piers of the bridge and Steel works on the Bridge. All these woks are carried out while the station is in use for every day commuters using the trains so the Health and safety of the Public is the strongest safety point.
Responsibilities
Aspects of Setting out using the EDMS (Total Stations) and dumpy levels and GPS.
Knowledge of different types of pilings(secant wall, load bearing, micro piles)
Active member of the team which constructed two temporary stations for the people using the station
Preparing the method statements and liaison with the sub contractors and senior members of the team for the execution of the works
Sound understanding and application of construction best practise of UK Constructions Methods
Ensured all works adhered to Health and Safety issues, correctly set out before the work begins
Communicate with the team members and check whether they are provided with the right information
