I was hired on to develop a program that would collect data on an inmate coming up for parole and calculate their potential risk to the public. I was given administration rights to their access database system and worked to optimize their tens of thousands of records. RESPONSIBILITIES
Designed a program that would determine the potential risk of an inmate being released on parole.
Programmed and tested the "Risk Instrument" using current database platform.
Trained parole officers on each variable within the system and on front end application use. ACHIEVEMENTS
Completed implementation and training two months ahead of schedule.
Risk Instrument is still in use today.
