Project Title: Market Research & Analysis of Minu Salwar Suits.
Summary: The project involved market survey to find out potential of Minu suits in Kolkata and suburbs. We were also required to sell the salwar suits to new retailer prospects. During the internship I learnt how to sell a product and pushing the product as much as possible to the retailer.

Summary: As an executive trainee I was required to develop the insurance business of State Bank Of India, Behala branch. I was also given the task to recruit new CIF’s from the branch and motivating and coordinating with the existing CIF, thereby increasing the sales volume of the branch.

Product & Brand Management of Havells & Standard Electricals
This project was done documenting the various marketing actions undertaken by Havells for its products. I had to do analysis and find out certain strategies of the company related to its products. The Brand Management part involved documenting each and every aspects of branding decision taken by Standard Electricals.
Marketing Project 2 – Services Marketing
Live Project - Support Services for Senior Citizens: A Commercial Venture
Participated in a live project on behalf of a client organisation launching a range of support services for senior citizens in Kolkata, which involved a market survey to assess consumer response to the concept.'
I found out that there are many elderly people who need these types of services and others are dependant on private hospitals and physicians; and learnt that they are high in price sensitivity as some refused to take the services and also they were insecured due to lack of information. Hence I recommended that the price slab should be reduced and there should be proper assistance in delivering the services.
Marketing Project 3 – Consumer Behaviour
Consumption Pattern Of Maggi & Chings
Found out the consumption pattern of Maggi & Chings through both online and offline survey and did an analysis on the findings.
From the project I found out that Maggi being the leader in the noodle category is consumed more and it is considered as the best food when people are in hurry. The consumption is high among the people between 18- 27 years of age.
Human Resource Management Project 1- Training & Development
Training & Development Of Tata Steel & Jindal Steel
Found out the training programmes offered in these organizations and how they develop their employee skills.
Both the organization have well defined training programmes which includes both On-the Job and Off-the Job Training. Jindal Steel has its own JLMG Scheme and Mentoring Scheme for its employees.
