●Just returned from 5 Latin America countries, doing Networks for our DEA / Homeland security a large multiNational Data Link and designed new computer networks and CISCO VOIP PHONE systems in excess of 40,000 cisco voip phones and 133 cisco switches and routers to enable Latin America to get up to speed with modern technology and hardware and software. Install emc and brocade vdx switches for data backup and replication. The project covered 5 Latin American Countries that help the United States Homeland Security Group in their efforts to Fight Drug Cartels and Human Trafficking. Tec-Masters was the prime contractor to NASA for the development of the Solidification using a Baffle in Sealed Ampoules (SUBSA) and Pore Formation and Mobility (PFMI) scientific furnace experiments that operated on-board the International Space Station from June 2002 until the present.

In our past performance, you will note Tec-Masters provides staffing for server farm and desktop support at USMC sites in Okinawa and Japan. We were asked to do this from Task order notice to start up in one month. HP and EMC equipment was used for this project and Tec-Masters sent an advance team to learn the people and processes. We then scaled our hardware and staffing support specific to knowledge, skills and abilities the customer required; right sized with the ability to scale up or down as a needed. I Used EMC network storage arrays for Medical and Distance learning for over 11 years, some to this day have not out grown what I put in the ground. I have CA E- TRUST Experience for 11 years as well as CHECKPOINT.
●Started using Checkpoint equipment in 1993 0r 1994. I did a large install for US Air force and 4 months later. I did a larger project for GSA Federal. A rep from Checkpoint came by to see my work and he took me dinner and offered me a job to go work for checkpoint. I feel the make one of the easiest firewalls to setup. I have setup more VPN/Firewalls with Checkpoint than with CISCO equipment.
●The VPN-1Pro NGX, Is the best security that a business can use. Have been in VAR Business Magazine in May 1995 for my Project Management and Design of Networks for Federal locations and Schools. I have done several upgrades from R55 to R70. I also have the compatibility Test on my laptop and on cd for all security platforms models from R55 to R70.I have also done SPLAT configurations. I like the Blades R70 configuration and the top speed is very good. It is one of the most reliable and quickest to install for most data centers. Supported the NLOS-LS Task Force effort in developing business relationships and automating business processes with supporting agencies, such as the U.S. Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Constructed the Data Management (DM) system to provide C/DM, financial, programmatic and technical information to NLOS-LS Task Force Team Members in a secured environment, Cisco 6500’s and intrusion detection modules were installed as well as the interfaces for 24/7 availability. ●Contract: DCA-200-02-D-5007. Project Manager on this 3 year project. Tec-Masters was awarded a sole-sourced contract from Hewlett Packard to provide Tier I, II and III service center and desktop deployment support for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) program in Okinawa and Iwakuni, Japan. In support of the USMC “as is” environment, Tec-Masters staffed service centers at six different USMC locations on Okinawa. Working with HP, Tec-Masters consolidated the service centers into one central location and provided 24x7 supports for 14,000 users in addition to providing analytical evaluations of the system security protocols, procedures, and governance guidelines to determine information assurance functional requirements.
●Contract: NATO IFB-CO-12521-OPL (Tec-Masters Subcontract). Tec-Masters is contracted to provide the project management, technical labor, and system integration to design and install infrastructure transport technologies in buildings within the NATO compound at Kandahar Air Base, Afghanistan (KAF).
