- Supervision of piping installation for process cooling water line, compress air line, chilled
water supply and return, cooling water line supply and return and compress dry air line.
- Submittal approval all mat’ls. needed for piping installation.
- Attend construction coordination meeting for status report and concern of all mepfs and
other field including architectural, structural and civil.
- Submitt shop drawing for rerouting of piping installation w/c.does not suit for actual
installation
- Request all materials and equipment needed 3 weeks ahead to avoid delayed and to update
construction schedule
- Ensure that the latest drawing are in latest revision and approval for fabrication
and construction.
- Report to the project manager to any technical problem.
- Make construction schedule for catch up of delayof work including manpower,and
materials loading
- Coordinate to purchaser for all materials requested and all materials approved by the client

- Supervision subcontractor of piping execution in all discipline
- Advised for the most priority line and directly inform all piping discipline.
- Make construction punch list of every test package.
- Verify and check NDT requirement of test package prior to hydrotesting
- Advised piping discipline to add manpower of each area to meet the target schedule.
- Interfaced with engineering and other department to discuss plans or any clarification
for the installation process.
- Monitor all piping works on fabrication shop and fields.
- Conduct regular walkdown, reviewing of the work activities, identifying areas of concern
and any safety hazard require special and attention.
- Assisting construction supervisor in site activities, pipe erection, fit up,welding and
support installation.
