Assigned to deliver a complex measure for ISO27001/224 and 334 Compliance standards across the whole of the Business Group for the support of Local Authority Bids who increasingly require this assurance.

Ensured that Virgin Bank/Money adopted the measures championed by Media in order to extend compliance and risk management

This incorporated Steering group support from the board, raising the business cases and providing the strategic content and communications for ensuring that the work went ahead.

For setting the scope and working framework for the delivery, also engaging a partner (KPMG) to ratify Compliance to the standard through our processes and procedures.

Ensuring that Assets were audited and risk assessed to a point where a risk treatment plan could be generated.
