Change Management Consultant
Provided management consulting services to business and IT Biotech leaders, responsible for the Clinical Trial Management System (tracks all clinical operational information for local, global and outsourced drug trials from study start up to study close out).
Role: Change Management Lead
Working with business/IT leaders for major Bio Tech Company, developed strategy and execution plan for annual cross-functional leadership summit to support 2 – 5 year planning for Clinical Trial Management System. This initiative was strategically important, integral to the corporate strategy to bring drugs to market faster and improve internal user experience/productivity. Partnered with clients and cross functional leaders to understand key issues and business requirements, prepared business/IT leaders for annual summit and facilitated cross-functional leadership during 3 day Summit which included: discussion/alignment on: key system issues, success and decision criteria for new system solution, solution to support business objectives and ongoing leadership stakeholder engagement.
