WORK EXPERIENCE:

Temporary Position with Deloitte Consulting from July to November 2014:

Entered RFI, RFPs, LOIs, Awards, & Modification into GovWin in preparation for SAP and CostPoint implementation. Performed extensive archive creation in Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (eDRMS).

Contracts Negotiator - Lockheed Martin Aeronautics June 2008 to July 2014:

Lockheed Martin IS&GS June 2007 to June 2008

Previews data and compiles reports using expense reports, estimates and other data source. Performs cost

analysis functions, sets up cost control systems and uses principles of accounting

to prepare financial reports. Worked on resolving/maintaining issues on Range standardization

Automation (RSA), ICBM Prime Integration Contract (IPIC), Research & Communications Development

(RCDC) currently working on closing out contracts; interacts with sub-contractors in efforts to clear

Government Furnished Property, Equipment, material and other information. Generates and reconciles

Bridge to OMINS weekly actual/hours reports.

Worked and trained in an IDIQ environment as a Contracting Administrator. Responsibilities

involved coordinating efforts on Honeywell, ITT & Line Replaceable Units (LRU) Programs;

inputs/maintains contracts/POs into ECE and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and sustain a working

Inspector General, United States Air Force

Services Manager January 2007 - May 2007:

In the Inspector General, Services position I am required to validate appropriated and non-appropriated financial management throughout various activities by ensuring effective use of policies and practices are followed. Methods used for effective evaluation involved gathering and organizing narrative and statistical information using established qualitative and quantitative methods, techniques, and models, such as questionnaires, interviews, standard computer software applications, and data trends. I applied a full range and sequence of qualitative and quantitative analytical steps while conducting my research to ensure complete effectiveness of program vulnerabilities and reduce potential for fraud, waste, and abuse. Provided clear and concise informative narratives/briefings from consolidated reports to all members of the inspected organization. The results of my findings and recommendations are used to improve procedures and policies and the overall effectiveness of programs.

As a Contracting Officer Representative for an Army contract, I was required to budget and

appropriate materials for the contractor and consolidate expenditures on a monthly basis before turning

over to the Contracting Officer.

Manager, Lodging United States Air Force October 2006 - January 2007

Acted as an expert liaison at Air Force HQ Space Command level between six other bases and Air Force

Agency on matters dealing with lodging operations. Instruct/advised managers and their personnel on Air

Force Instructions, Policies and Guidance. Ensured managers are informed on current Air Force Lodging

trends. Coordinated monthly/quarterly and annual occupancy data and other pertinent lodging operations

data between base level and Air Force Agency. Resolved issues related to misinterpretation between

customers and staff members on matters related to authorization and or funding.

Superintendent, United States Air Force September 2004 - September 2006

Responsible for the well being of approximately 525 military/civilian members. Worked personnel issues

to ensure heightened maintenance of morale were maintained. Wrote packages for individual and

program awards to ensure hard work and dedication of staff members were recognized/rewarded.

Superintendent of MWR unit worked issues relating to food service, lodging, fitness and sports, personnel

issues and recreation mattes; ensured an overall 96% customer rating.

Superintendent August 2001 - August 2004

Worked as Food Service and Lodging Superintendent. As Food Superintendent was responsible for

supervision of 150 military and civilian personnel and effectively dealt with constantly changing and uncommon program issues. Provided technical direction to the wartime Readiness Team to ensure effective preparedness plans were in place. I ensured the preparation and serving of meals for

over 168,000 customers annually. As Lodging Superintendent, I was responsible for supervision of

approximately 100 military and civilian employees. I was responsible for a 1,800 rooms lodging

operation and maintained an overall 90% occupancy.

Contracting Officer Representative (COR), United States Air Force - September 2000 September 2001

Acted as a COR as an Air Force member for the United States Army. Conducted daily random sampling

of work provided by US MWR Contractors in accordance with the government Statement of Work.

Completed a monthly award based QAE report to the US Army Contracting Office. Re-wrote an 80 page

SOW after end of 5 year option; included 15% changes/additions; improved services provided by the

contractor which was also in the best interest of all parties.

Superintendent, Fitness and Sports August 1997 - August 2000As Fitness and Sports Superintendent, I was responsible for overall supervision of 75 US Military, US Civilian and Japanese Local nationals. Provided personal training after receiving Air Force level certification in Fitness Fundamentals. Ran a 24/7 hours of operation facility that took care of the fitness and sports requirement of over 500,000 customers annually.

Deputy Director/QAE, United States Air Force August 1995 - August 1997

Acted in QAE position for a Government MWR Contract. Responsible for monthly award based contract

reporting for a government awarded contract covering all aspects of recreation and food service. Acted as

Contractor Officer Representative (COR) for six separate MWR facilities.
