GCSN is a three tier web based B2B application which enables to do all your business transactions on line 24 hours. It is used by HP channel partners to sell and deliver HP services that drive revenue growth and increased customer satisfaction. It is used to process warranty claims on behalf of the customer, order spare parts and buy warranties. It provides various tools like Warranty Entitlement, Serial Number Trace, Tracking part returns, Order Status, Part Information and Pricing. In addition, HP depends on its reporting functionality for planning and decision making. Self-Maintainer Project
Self- Maintainers are HP customers who repair their own products and are required to utilize Channel focused tools that are not designed to meet their business needs. The request to simplify the system and get HP into a competitive position for Self- Maintainers to place claims, order parts, process returns and pull meaningful reporting has been made repeatedly by both customers and internal teams.
CVS (Compliance Validation Service) Project
Compliance Validation service is introduced to prevent the fraud orders and claim. The Warranty details are validated and based on the result and configuration. The user will either be allowed to place the order or will be prevented by placing the order. Admin is provided with the provision of overriding the CVS error. Roles Responsibilities:
• Gathered requirements, designed, coded, and have done unit testing & integration testing.
• Translated Business requirements to Functional design document (FDD) and Technical design document (TDD), Also presenting the docs to business and receiving the sign off.
• Written PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers in Oracle.
• Performed code reviews adhering to coding standards.
• Handled Production environment issues and provided on time resolutions.

Pro-actively Built a PowerShell script to scan through the entire project source code (>3000 files) which gives a meaningful report that helped to get rid of unused oracle schema which enhanced the database performance with the available resources and avoided incurring additional expenditure on procuring new resources Sep/2012
Part of the team that reduced the number of incidents by 95% (from 1500 to <150) in a time frame of 9 months and was awarded as the STAR project of the year appreciating the high impact on revenue and customer satisfaction
