Construction Project Manager for new $75MM “Newark Central High School” project in Newark, NJ. The 285,000 FT school building was designed to house 2000 students. Bovis Lend Lease ª New York City, New York ª 2007 As a Construction and MEP Project manager, worked concurrently on $50MM pre-construction and construction projects at New York University Medical Center (NYUMC) that involved total renovations of 11th & 13th floors, and other projects.
