Privately held software development & sales company specializing in software for Residential Real Estate Appraisers, Division of Commonwealth Land Title beginning 1993. President & CEO

Founded business in 1984 with seed funding and grew company from first customer in 1985 to over 17,000 customers in 2000 when company was sold.

Designed and led development of all products including: Forms Software, Office Management, Mapping, floor-plan sketching, photo capture/imaging and most important creation and design of EDI X12 standards for transmission to banks, FNMA and Freddie Mac backed mortgages.

Managed all aspects of H.R, Admin, Legal, Sales and Support Staffs (28 employees) for the company.

Designed and led development of first web-based FNMA compliant forms product.

Envisioned and designed first e-commerce b2b portal for the appraisal industry linking 11,000 appraisers with lenders. This was called the Day One Affinity Network, using Cold Fusion, IIS and SQL Servers.
