As an individual contributor to the Cisco’s Global Services Practice (GSP), worked with esteemed Tier-1 customers of Cisco across APAC, EMEA and the United States.

Project Management:

Managed end-to-end migration project for Tier-1 Middle East Service Provider starting from Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control to Closure

Managed T&V projects for more than 4 customers in all phases over last 3 years. Performed PM related activities including status updates, sync up meetings, execution tracking, issue monitoring and change management.

Development:

Design and Development of Feature Analysis and Compliance Tool (FACT) using TCL. This tool is used to analyze Service Providers’ networks and ensure compliance of lab topology with the live network

Automated regression and stress testing using iTest and TCL to reduce manual intervention for Tier-1 US Service Provider

Took initiative to mentor new team members on various protocols, tools and platforms and ensured quick ramp up

Analyzed networks and designed MPLS VPN solutions for Tier-1 Service Providers

Constructed and configured test-beds in the lab by replicating Service Provider network with the complete feature set
